Accessing the Counselor Portal:

Visit mefapathway.org and click Counselors in the top right-hand corner to get started. On the next screen, click Login in the top right-hand corner.

Enter your Username and Password and click Sign In.

Adding New Work-Based Learning Opportunities to your School’s Database:

  1. Click on Work-Based Learning under the Tools section on your Dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of the Work-Based Learning page and click Add New to add a new work-based learning opportunity.

  1. Enter all the relevant information for the work-based learning experience by following the prompts. Be sure to answer all the required fields: Opportunity Name, Description, Eligibility Criteria, Type, Career Category, Location, Company/ Organization Name, and View Status. Click Submit to add the opportunity to your school’s database.

 

  1. On the next screen, add additional documents by clicking Add Attachment or if there is nothing to add, click Return to List.

 Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional opportunities to your school’s work-based learning database.

Notes:

If you do not have a MEFA Pathway counselor portal account, please contact the staff person at your school in charge of MEFA Pathway. They can submit a new user request to k12support@mefa.org. Please include the staff person’s first name, last name, and email address when submitting the request.
